The products of K-FLEX are flexible, resilient heat-insulating materials of pressed synthetic rubber with closed spores made in the form of tubes of different diameters and sheets. The properties of K-FLEX materials guarantee a long period of use and preservation of their technical characteristics. Excellent steam and water tightness, low thermal conductivity, fire-fighting ability, high resistance to microorganisms, mold, and atmospheric impacts.

We focus on insulation materials for technical equipment, high-performance foams for high-tech and lightweight applications, and next-generation aerogel blanket technology.

A good example of product innovation is ArmaFlex Ultima®. Designed for HVAC systems with higher fire/smoke requirements, it is the world’s first flexible technical insulation material.

K-Flex Titan Insulation

 

Titan is a closed-cell, elastomeric foam insulation with a flexible, co-extruded UV- resistant jacketing for line sets. Titan offers UV/moisture resistance with a tough and nearly impenetrable jacket that protects piping from outdoor elements.

K-FLEX INSUL-TUBE

K-FLEX INSUL-TUBE is an NBR/PVC based closed cell, flexible elastomeric foam insulation. It is environmentally friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. An EPA-registered antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the product providing additional protection against mold, fungal and bacterial growth. It is UL GREENGUARDGold Certified for low VOC emissions. The product’s key physical properties are approved by Factory Mutual.
