We provide a wide range of glass wool-based pre-formed pipe sections; designed specifically for the insulation of HVAC pipework.:
- Faced with FSK – Pipe sections, with a factory-applied reinforced Aluminum foil covering (FSK) incorporating an overlap (self-adhesive in some cases). This helps to provide effective vapor control.
- Faced with Aluglass for improved puncture resistance, mechanical strength, and vapor control
- Unfaced pipe sections, supplied without factory-applied outer covering and therefore suitable for use with or without site applied finishes on pipes operating at ambient temperatures and above.
The use of our product’s pipe sections contributes to thermal comfort and savings, prevents condensation problems, and improves acoustic performance.

Faced Duct Wrap Insulation is highly efficient, flexible blanket insulation composed of fine, stable, and uniformly textured inorganic glass fibers bonded together by a non-water soluble and fire retardant thermosetting and heat resistant resin. It is free from coarse fibers and is shot due to its mineral composition.
Faced Duct Wrap Insulation is intended for use in commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential construction as thermal and acoustical insulation of heating, air-conditioning, dual temperature ducts, and air handling equipment. The use of Faced Duct Wrap Insulation helps prevent condensation when properly applied to air-conditioning ductwork.
The semi-rigid wrap with densities from 16 to 56 kg/m3 (1.0 – 3.5 lb/ft3) are flexible insulation rolls for application over irregularly-shaped surfaces where rigidity properties are desired.

It is free from coarse fibers and is shot due to its mineral composition.
Cavity Wall Insulation is a semi-rigid board intended for use in commercial, institutional, industrial, agricultural, and residential construction as thermal and acoustical insulation for the interior, exterior, and partial or fully cavity applications as well as in poultry farms precast structures prefabricated houses and new residential villa construction.
Roof Deck Board Insulation is composed of textured inorganic glass fibers bonded together by non-water soluble and fire-retardant thermosetting and heat resistant resin and formed into rectangular rigid boards of heavy density.
Board for thermal of structural roof decks. It is designed for use over flat or low slopping nailable, non-nailable, and metal roof decks. Its functions are:

Roof Deck Board Insulation is a rigid glass-fiberboard designed specifically for use with a loose-laid, ballasted single-ply roof membrane system, as thermal insulation to reduce heat gain or loss through the roof system. In addition to providing resistance to heat flow through the roof system, it also conforms to minor deck irregularities, reduces membrane roofing, and provides a dimensionally stable, flat surface for membrane roofing applications.

Heavy Density Pipe Insulation is a heavy density, preformed insulation composed of fine, stable, and uniformly textured inorganic glass fibers bonded together by a non-water soluble and fire-retardant thermosetting and heat resistant resin. It is free from coarse fibers and shot due to its mineral compositions, molded in one-piece sections, and made with a single seam. Heavy Density Pipe Insulation is damage resistant, easy to handle, and spread open to receive the pipe and snaps closed after placement.
Heavy Density Pipe Insulation is intended for use in commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential construction and in power and process plants as thermal and acoustic insulation for hot or cold, concealed or exposed steel, copper, and plastic piping where temperatures are between -18°C and +450°C (0 to 850°F).

Pipe Wrap Insulation Consists of a roll of semi-rigid all-purpose fiberglass board insulation composed of fine, stable, and uniformly textured inorganic glass fibers bonded together by a non-water soluble and fire-retardant thermosetting and heat resistant resin. It is free from coarse fibers and is shot due to its mineral composition.
Pipe Wrap Insulation is designed for use in industrial and commercial systems as thermal and acoustical insulation for large diameter pipes, round ducts, and oval ducts at 250mm (10”) or greater. It can be used to insulate pipe flanges, valves, groups of pipes, pipes with tracing lines, vessels, and tanks.
Pre-Engineered Metal Building Insulation (PEBI) is a highly efficient, lightweight, strong, resilient, and easy-to-handle flexible blanket insulation composed of line, stable, and uniformly textured inorganic glass fibers bonded together by non-water soluble and fire-retardant thermosetting and heat resistant resin. It is free from coarse fibers and is shot due to its mineral composition.
Pre-Engineered Metal Building Insulation is manufactured Specifically for use in the roof and side walls of commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, and poultry farms metal building construction. This insulation greatly reduces heat gain or loss through the building envelope. It will not rot, disintegrate or slump.
(PEBI) METAL BUILDING INSULATION
(TIW) THERMAL INSULATING WOOL INSULATION
Thermal Insulating Wool types I and II are composed of fine, stable, and uniformly textured inorganic glass fibers, off-white to light tan color, highly resilient, bonded together by non-water soluble, fire retardant special high temperature resistant thermosetting and heat resistant resin. They are free from coarse fibers and are shot due to their mineral composition. Type I is available in rolls, while type II comes in batt form only.
Afico TIW Insulation is intended for use in industrial and commercial applications as thermal and acoustical insulation for boilers, vessels, precipitators, ducts, chimney liners, chimney stacks, breechings, petrochemical storage tanks, water heaters, refrigerators, and freezers, ovens and cookers, washing machines, dryers and dishwasher machines and other household appliances, and types of industrial equipment operating at temperatures up to 540°C to 1000°F.
TIW Insulation is available in two types:
Type I is used in applications requiring a lightweight easy-to-handle and install insulation such as that used in panel systems, flexible wrap, industrial ovens, or over irregular surfaces.
Type II is especially suitable for use in metal mesh blankets, it may also be used in panel systems for precipitators, ducts, and breechings, where more compressive strength than that afforded by Type I is required.
This light weight makes TIW types I and II insulation easy to handle and install even when large size boards are used. There is no tendency for pinhole elongation- a frequent source of heat leaks in heavier products such as Rockwool/stone wool products. The virtual absence of shots, and their consistent fibrous glass composition, enable TIW TYPES I and II insulations to withstand the effects of high temperature and vibration without slumping, crumbling, or breaking.
